This Pack contains –

  • Learning and Development Policy – This policy outlines the standard offerings provided by an organisation in learning and development activities. The policy explains the organisations commitment to training and development as well as providing instructions for employees wishing to request training and development. Further, the policy covers areas of internal learning and development activities such as employee induction and mentoring programs.
