Leadership plays a significant role in workplace culture and business performance. The Human Resources Centre can assist leaders (and managers that have been identified as future leaders) to develop skills and be mentored according to their individual needs and the needs of the organisation.
The Human Resources Centre can assist individuals to understand their own style of leadership, levels of emotional intelligence, suitability to their operating environments and decision making and communication styles.
Coaching can be provided by successful business practitioners and/or registered psychologists depending on the needs of the individual and the workplace in order to broaden leadership capabilities and improve their overall performance.
Coaching and development programs are highly effective in immediately improving employee performance as each coaching session is specifically tailored to each individual involved.
